Chief Executive Officer
Michael has been involved in the insurance industry since 1977 and has held various senior positions in both insurance companies and broking firms and particularly successful in the tendering and broking of major construction and energy risks. Michael is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Company. This includes providing valuable directions and technical support to our designated service teams. He reports directly to the Board. He also sits on the Malaysian Insurance & Takaful Brokers Association (MITBA) Management Committee.

From the start of his insurance career in London in 1982 as an insurance broker, he is responsible for business development and managing designated corporate accounts specializing in the area of Oil & Gas, Port Risks, Protection & Indemnity, Marine Hull and Aviation.

With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Soong Seng has held various senior positions and handled many large corporate clients. He is primarily responsible for servicing and developing corporate clients including referred business from our strategic partners around the world.

Senior Manager
Liou Yea joined the insurance broking industry in 1997 and since then has adapted very quickly and demonstrated her competency in the areas of customer service, drawing up insurance programmes and processing / negotiating claims for corporate clients. Her areas of expertise includes trade credit, media and publications, financial lines and liability insurance.

Senior Manager
Yuen Shyang has more than 10 years experience in the insurance industry. During this period, he has gained in-depth knowledge on policy coverage and is therefore well equipped to provide our corporate clients with well designed comprehensive insurance programmes for various industries. He was also involved in designing schemes for employee benefits and construction and property development sectors.

Nicky, member of CPA Australia has more than 10 years working experience in various industries ranging from architectural, IT and established accounting firms. In these industries, Nicky has taken the responsibilities of project management, human resource, IT and general office administration besides accounting and finance.
